At Premier Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your new darts, boards, or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that flights, shafts, and points are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Premier Darts

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
