How long does shipping take for custom dart sets?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. For personalized or custom-engraved stems and flights, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for precision crafting before dispatch.
What is your return policy on dartboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all dartboards, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been mounted or used. Due to the nature of sisal fibers, we cannot accept returns on boards that show dart marks.

How do I know which dart weight is right for me?
Choosing a weight is a personal preference. Most beginners start with a 22g to 24g tungsten dart. If your throw is high and loopy, try a lighter dart; if you have a firm, straight throw, a heavier dart may offer better stability.
